Knowledge and Experience

Patriot Home Inspections is owned and licensed in the State of Connecticut.   The owner, Alan St. George, has a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, with more than 15 years of Project Design, architectural history and construction documentation for residential and commercial projects throughout New England, overseeing projects during the construction phase and was a licensed Home Improvement Contractor in CT prior to starting Patriot Home Inspections.  Licensed Home Inspector in Connecticut (License #544), maintains State of Connecticut Licensing Standards and is a member of ASHI-American Society of Home Inspectors adhering to ASHI Standards and Code of Ethics.

Reporting

Patriot Home Inspections (PHI) provides a computer generated comprehensive narrative report within 24-36 hours after completion of the home inspection.  You choose the method of delivery: e-mail, fax, or regular mail.  With your permission, a copy of the report can be e-mailed to your Realtor for ongoing discussions and negotiations.  We follow up by mailing a hard copy of the report and all test results to you via regular mail, after all testing data and results are reviewed by the Home Inspector as part of our quality control.  This usually occurs 3-5 business days after the initial home inspection report is e-mailed to you so as not to delay real estate transactions.  (See a Sample Report)
